What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at reception and use the pools. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability.
Is air conditioning included?
Air conditioning is available in every room for an extra charge of €10 per day or €65 per week, paid at the hotel.
Do you provide pool or beach towels?
Pool and beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Room towels are changed three times a week and bed linen twice a week.
What is in the kitchenette?
A two-ring hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and cutlery. There is no dishwasher, and not every room has a microwave.
Do you offer airport transfers?
We can arrange a transfer from the hotel to the airport on request. For arrivals, a taxi from the airport takes about 10 minutes, and reception can call a taxi at any time.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi?
Yes, both are free. Private parking needs no reservation, and Wi-Fi covers the whole hotel.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed at Emerald Hotel.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash. The climate resilience tax is paid at the hotel before departure.
